NEWSLETTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
ABOUT NEWSLETTER CONTENT:
DPSFC will publish upcoming campaign events occurring in Santa Fe County in our newsletter, which is released every other week, provided they are submitted in a timely fashion and in this style:
IMAGE:
Prepare an image file in JPG or PNG. We do not convert PDFs such as your flyers. Therefore, you will want to convey less information for our newsletter. Sorry, we cannot run any copy with your image.
To make your event submission look its best, use an approximate width-to-height pixel ratio: 3:2. Remember URLs and e-mail addresses are not clickable, though you may want to convert to Bitly (shorter URLs) and expect readers to key them in. Scroll down for example.
DEADLINES:
The DPSFC newsletter is published every other Wednesday. The deadline is Sunday prior to publication. Check our newsletter link on this site to learn when the last newsletter was published. Announcements received after then can be used in the following publication.
WHERE TO SEND:
Submit your images to communications.dpsfc@gmail.com, communicationsdep.dpsfc.com, and jonnalyngrover@gmail.com to ensure that all parties who handle the newsletter will have your information.
TO NOTE:
If you are submitting a candidate’s event, publication in the newsletter does not constitute DPSFC’s endorsement of the candidate or the event. Expect to see a line in our newsletter and social media posts stating that policy.
