Zoom for Election of DPSFC Leadership
Due to the resignation of the DPSFC chair, the County Central Committee (CCC) will choose a new chair to fill the rest of the term (to early 2027). A Zoom meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, where candidates may be nominated and then will speak.

Primary Campaign Kick-Off
April 19 campaign kick-off to be held at 1420 Cerrillos from 2-4 PM.
Volunteers can meet each other and learn more about participating in four volunteer actions to reach DTS/unaffiliated voters in the county who are not regular primary voters.
DTS voters can vote in the 2026 primary. DTS voters may choose to vote with DP in the primary –new this year.
We will train in door-knocking and phone bank on April 19.
All volunteers are welcome!
The four actions are:
• Door Knocking
o Paul Dirdak is team lead.
o Learn how we will reach 4000 people at doors.
o large group discussion in the auditorium.
o training groups in the community room.
o Learn about vote builder, turfs, phoning, etc.
o Everyone will get a bag of materials as well.
• Phone Bank
o Cole Washburn is the team lead.
o phone banking training in the Kiva room during the April 19th training.
o We will go over the script and the best times to call voters.
o Join a phone bank at the Phone-a-Palooza, a 2-hour phone bank on April 26, 2-4
pm at 1420 Cerrillos.
o New and experienced phoners are welcome. People should bring their phone
and their laptop so they can see the script and use their phone at the same
time. Refreshments provided
• Texting
o Team leads: Georgia Roybal and Lisa Woolridge.
o Reach volunteers to inform about canvassing activities.
o Reengage volunteers.
o Inform DTS voters about absentee voting, mail-in ballots, early voting.
• Postcards
o Team lead: Jeanie Brown.
o Writers will team up in three drops of 3,000 postcards each.
o Postcards will be mailed leading up to primary election day.
o Postcards going to specific voters to encourage them to vote in the primary.
o There is a mail date for each postcard drop and a specific mail list of voters for
the postcards.
o Wards can also do their own postcard parties.
Encourage precinct captains to reach ward members to join the Campaign Kickoff!
