Breakfast is 8-11 a.m. in the Capitol Room 321 when attendees will meet with legislators. This will be followed by policy briefings. The Federation will reconvene for lunch from 1-3:30 p.m. at Digneo Moore Historical Mansion, 1233 Paseo de Peralta (across from the Capitol) when the President’s Award will be presented.
