Call for County Central Committee to Choose New County Chair
The County Central Committee (CCC) will choose a new county chair to fill the vacated chair term following a Zoom meeting at 2pm on April 11 when candidates may be nominated and then will speak. This is a call from the 1st Vice Chair for a meeting of the CCC.
Since the current 1st Vice-Chair is a candidate for Chair, if elected there will be a vacancy for 1st Vice-Chair. So nominations will also be taken for 1st Vice-Chair, and in case of that vacancy a conditional election for first vice chair would also occur.
The election of a chair will occur with an online ballot. A conditional election of first vice chair may follow with a separate ballot. No gender balance is required for filling the terms of vacated officer positions.
Candidates for chair and vice chair may be nominated from the floor. However, all candidates are encouraged to nominate themselves earlier, using this form to provide a statement for chair and/or vice-chair: CLICK HERE

Voting will be online from April 11-13. CCC members will receive an email with the link to the ballot.
